What's a Makloub?

Makloub is THE Tunisian sandwich. A soft and crispy round bread baked in the oven, filled with beef, chicken, merguez, tuna, or veggies, topped with harissa, olives, tomatoes, and cheese. Served hot in a basket with fresh hand-cut fries.
